Mighty Mini Oil Skimmer
Abanaki Corporation, the world leader in oil skimming technologies, announces the Mighty Mini® SST. The Mighty Mini is the solution to unwanted oil in coolants and parts washers. It has the ability to extend the life of coolant and wash water, saving the customer money on coolant costs. The Mighty Mini has removal rates of up to one to two gallons of medium weight oil per hour, depending on the belt selection. This oil skimmer has a new wiper blade system. The blades fit securely in the trough and allow for cleaning on both sides of the belt, to ensure for a better oil removal efficiency. The trough is removable, which allows for easy and quick clean up.
The stainless steel construction of the Mighty Mini allows it to operate in harsh chemicals and heat. An integrated timer permits automatic operation. The Mighty Mini is the smallest skimmer in the Abanaki line. Weighing only eight pounds, the lightweight and small footprint allows it to be placed virtually anywhere and fits underneath most CNC machines. It can even fit through a bung hole in a 55 gallon drum. This skimmer includes a long-life, fan-cooled motor and utilizes specially engineered belts for oil removal. Installation takes only seconds, and the Mighty Mini can be equipped with an optional mounting bracket for either vertical or flanged tank installation.
